Parameters
 Product
  WNS series low-nitrogen condensing boiler is a fully automatic, horizontal internal combustion, low-nitrogen condensing, fast-installed fuel (gas) boiler. The boiler body adopts a wet-back two-return structure: the corrugated furnace and the combustion chamber are the first return, and the threaded smoke pipe constitutes the second return. The economizer and condenser are placed on the top of the boiler and form the third return stroke of the flue gas outside the furnace.

 Performance characteristics
  High efficiency and energy saving. The heat exchange area of the economizer and condenser is large, and the condensation rate of the water vapor in the flue gas is high, which can fully absorb the heat released by the condensation of the water vapor in the flue gas, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 99%.
  The boiler adopts the convective heating surface of the threaded smoke pipe to effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler.
  Good environmental protection effect. Some harmful components such as CO2, NOx and SO2 in the flue gas are dissolved in the condensate, effectively reducing the emission of air pollutants. At the same time, large-scale furnace structure and flue gas recycling technology are adopted. For gas boiler, ultra-low nitrogen emission can be realized completely, NOx emission ≤ 30mg / Nm3, which fully meets the increasingly strict national environmental protection requirements. The economizer, condenser and boiler are arranged as a one, which can be installed out of the factory quickly, with convenient installation, compact structure and elegant appearance. It covers a small area and reduces capital construction investment.
  The spiral finned tube and shell of the energy saver and condenser are made of ND steel which is resistant to sulfuric acid corrosion, which greatly improves the service life of the equipment.
The combination of intelligent combustion control and automatic safety interlock protection system ensures economic, environmental protection and safe operation.
  In the heat loss of boiler exhaust gas, in addition to the sensible heat of flue gas, water vapor also takes away a lot of latent heat of vaporization. If the water vapor in the flue gas is condensed completely or partially by reducing the temperature of the exhaust gas, and the latent heat released in the condensation process is recycled, the effective heat utilization of the boiler is increased, which will obviously improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
  WNS type low nitrogen condensing gas boiler aims at the key technical factors such as the relationship between the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas and the exhaust gas temperature, the relationship between the condensation rate and the thermal efficiency, and the corrosion rate of the condensate to different steel grades. Through the reasonable design of the heating surface, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to ensure that the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas meets the design requirements, so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler is greatly improved.
  Due to the adoption of large-scale furnace structure and flue gas recycling technology, ultra-low nitrogen emission can be realized for gas boilers, with NOx emission ≤ 30mg / Nm3.
