Double-layer fixed vacuum powder insulated tank. The inner layer is made of cryogenic high strength low alloy steel, and the outer tank is made of high-quality mild steel. The surface anti-corrosion coating adopts processes such as sandblasting rust removal, blowing, and spraying.
Cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks are double-layer containers composed of inner and outer vessels. They are of the vacuum powder insulation type and are available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. Widely used in industries such as industrial gas, hospitals, metal smelting, beverages, etc.
Adopting a vacuum powder insulation method with a double-layer container structure, the space between the inner and outer containers is filled with perlite and evacuated, ensuring outstanding insulation performance. Precise vacuum standards for different volumes provide optimal insulation effects.
Equipped with both safety valves and pipeline safety valves, our system adopts a dual safety configuration to ensure the operational safety of the tank. With a “main and standby” setup, during regular inspections, one side of the safety valve can be closed while ensuring continuous operation on the other side, effectively preventing potential risks.
The upper part of the tank is equipped with a pressure gauge, differential pressure type level gauge, and liquid level comparator, providing intuitive information on storage volume and pressure changes. This facilitates user operations for filling and draining, enhancing operational convenience.
Offering both vertical and horizontal types, with a volume range from 5m3 to 200m3, meeting the diverse needs of different users. The inner layer is made of 16MnDR, and the outer layer material is selected as Q245R, allowing flexible customization based on user regions and specific requirements.
Equipped with a dedicated tank vacuum valve , allowing periodic or on-the-spot vacuum level checks using a vacuum gauge to ensure the safe operation of the tank.
